  • Business Contact Information: When you book a demo or express interest, you may provide us with your business name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide (e.g., specific needs or questions).
  • Business Account Details: During onboarding, when you connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Professional Account to CometaFlow, you authorize us to access certain information as detailed below.
• b. Information Collected via Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram):
  • Page Information: Your connected Facebook Page ID, name, profile picture, and access tokens necessary to manage messages.
  • Instagram Professional Account Information: Your connected Instagram Professional Account ID, username, profile picture, and necessary access tokens.
  • Messages & Conversations:
    • Public and Private Messages: We collect content of messages (text, media attachments) sent to and from your connected Facebook Page and Instagram Professional Account. This includes messages from your customers/prospects and messages sent by CometaFlow on your behalf.
    • Sender Information: Basic public profile information of individuals interacting with your Page/Account (e.g., their user ID, name, profile picture, as provided by Meta). We do not collect private profile data unless explicitly provided within the chat itself.
    • Lead Data: If your chatbot is configured to collect specific customer/prospect information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, product interest, budget range), this information will be collected and processed by CometaFlow.
• c. Usage Data: We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type/version, the pages you visit, time/date, time spent, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Information

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the CometaFlow chatbot, automate your social media messages, conduct sales conversations, and generate leads on your behalf.
• To Facilitate Lead Generation and Sales Handover: To collect lead data as configured by you and facilitate the transfer of leads (including conversation history) to your sales personnel or CRM.
• To Monitor and Analyze Service Usage: To understand how the Service is being used, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionality/performance.
• To Communicate with You: To send updates, notifications, important announcements, and support-related messages.

• With Your Designated Sales Team/CRM: Lead data and conversation history may be shared directly with your designated sales personnel or integrated CRM, as configured by you.
• With Meta Platforms: We use Meta's APIs to interact with Facebook and Instagram; certain data is processed through Meta's systems. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Service Providers: Third-party companies and individuals may facilitate our Service (e.g., hosting, analytics). These third parties have access only to perform these tasks and must not disclose or use it for other purposes.
